Datacard 9000 Card Personalization System

The Datacard 9000 Series System is Plastic Card Personalization Equipment that is designed for production volume use (several thousand cards per run) where data is input through a built-in PC computer controller. The 9000 Series input hopper allows for cards to be automatically fed into the embosser. Color tipping of the embossed characters, encoding of the magnetic stripe and thermal printing of text, barcodes and logos are available on the Datacard 9000 Series Systems. These would be automatically done during the card's movement through the system so that a complete card would be produced during one cycle of the system. Also available are Smartcard modules, photo ID modules, inserters, stuffers, labelers and many other features.

These would be automatically done during the card's movement through the system so that a complete card would be produced during one cycle of the system. Also available are Smartcard modules, photo ID modules, inserters, stuffers, labelers and many other features. A maximum of 6 modules is allowed.

Datacard MXD Card Attaching System

The Datacard MXD Card Affixer / Folder is designed for production volume use (several thousand cards per run) where data is input through a built-in PC computer controller on the MX6xxx System. These cards would be automatically attached during the card's movement through the MXD system so that a complete card and folded carrier would be produced during one cycle of the system. Also available is a MXi Envelope Insertion System that allows the card and folded carrier to be inserted into an envelope.

Datacard MXi Envelope Insertion System

The Datacard MXi Envelope Insertion System is designed for production volume use (several thousand cards per run) where data is input through a built-in PC computer controller on the MX6xxx System. The folded carrier with card(s) are automatically inserted into an envelope so that a completed card/carrier/envelope would be produced during one cycle of the system.

Datacard Maxsys System

The Datacard Maxsys Series Systems are designed for production volume use (several thousand cards per run) where data is input through a built-in PC computer controller. The Maxsys Series input hopper allows for cards to be automatically fed into the embosser. Datacard UltraForm Card Affixer

The Datacard UltraForm Card Affixer w/printer is designed for production volume use for attaching plastic cards to a paper carrier (letter, etc.). The laser printed carrier forms are matched to the embossed, thermal printed, encoded plastic cards and then the cards are attached to the carriers with a transparent, non-residue adhesive. By combining the Datacard 9000/7000, the Datacard UltraForm and the Datacard UltraPac into one system this allows a one pass process that helps prevent errors such as sending the wrong card/inserts to your customer.
